Hot Mamas personal training is the best way to get in great shape. You’ll work one-on-one with a highly experienced personal trainer that understands a woman’s body and knows how to get results.

Special attention will be paid to your stomach, glutes, legs, shoulders and arms (unlike a lot of personal trainers, Hot Mamas trainers know how to make a woman’s body stronger yet make it leaner – after all, few women want bulk). Your training will be challenging – Hot Mamas knows a woman’s time is limited and valuable and will help you make the most of every minute.

Hot Mamas personal training includes a wide variety of challenging exercises, including core, strength, flexibility and cardiovascular. Every workout is different, keeping your sessions fresh and fun.

Your personal training starts with an in depth consultation with your trainer where you will discuss your desires and challenges, along with your history of exercise, dietary habits and any injuries you have or have had.

Every session will build on that first consultation as your program continually is tweaked to get you the best results possible.  A conversation about nutrition – both thoughts of how you should eat and a discussion of how you’ve been eating – is included and an important part of your personal training session.
Personal training at Hot Mamas is available anywhere from one to five times per week, based upon your desire and the trainers availability.  You can purchase personal training on a per session basis, or at a discounted rate in packages of 10 or 20 sessions. We offer a variety of convenient times for training sessions. Please note that all scheduled sessions require a 24 hour cancellation.

We offer a free, 30 minute initial consultation where we’ll discuss your goals, exercise and medical history and more.
We’ll tell you exactly what we’ll be doing in your personal training session and discuss availability and cost.
And of course, we’ll answer any questions you might have.

Also please note our cancellation policy:
• Training sessions canceled within 24 hours will be charged at full rate.
Medical or other emergencies will be handled on a case by case basis,
and any decision to waive the fee is solely at the discretion of Hot Mamas.
• Personal training packages are refundable but if requested, any sessions taken to date will be charged retroactively
at full price and the difference between that and the price paid for the package is what will be returned.
