You can choose the Monthly Unlimited package for $119 — this package does not require 30 days notice. In order to sign up for the $99 deal, you will need to sign up under the contracts and packages link & the amount will be automatically deducted from your credit card.

Please note:

The Unlimited monthly package and Unlimited Stroller Class monthly does not require a long-term contract and you may cancel it at any time with a 30 day notice.  This package requires a automatic payment from your credit/debit card.  For details on our cancellation policy, please see below. There are no refunds or transfers with this package, with no exceptions.

The 5, 10 & 20 class packs expire in six months. There are no refunds, transfers, extensions or exceptions.

Cancellation policy:

All group classes require cancellation through our online scheduler at least 24 hours prior to the start of class. If you don’t cancel at least 24 hours prior to the start of class you will be charged for that class.  There are no exceptions and you must cancel online (emails and phone calls are not accepted).

You can cancel your Unlimited monthly membership at anytime. Cancellations require a 30 day notice according to your automatic payment schedule. To cancel, please notify Hot Mamas via this Cancellation Form and we will send you a written confirmation.  You will be billed for one additional month after you inform us of your desire to cancel.  We do not pro-rate months.

We will make exceptions to our policies and put your package on hold or cancel it if you notify us prior to your payment date for the following reasons:  medical reasons, pregnancy, military leave.  We will require documentation (letter from your doctor, etc…) which you can mail to us at info@hotmamasexercise.com. Your package will not be put on hold or cancelled until you are provided written approval from Hot Mamas Exercise.
