Each class is unique, eliminating the typical boredom from repetition so common in group classes. What sets Hot Mamas apart from other classes? We understand a woman’s physique and know that a woman’s body is trained differently than a man. Even our bootcamps focus on getting you strong, but with the mindset of helping you creating a long, lean feminine form — not bulky and thick. Hot Mamas adds new classes all the time, but here are some of the more popular ones.
Hot Mamas Conditioning: This class that Hot Mamas is known for, and the most popular class. In fact, this class was the basis of two DVDs that have been selling on Amazon and other places for nearly three years. Hot Mamas Conditioning is a constant stream of exercises that are designed to work together in a way that best gets results. We won’t bore you with the whole agonist/antagonist, circuit explanation – it’s easier to show you in class. And don’t forget, you can try it out for a week absolutely free (click here for details).
The Hot Mamas Boot Camp: When the weather turns nice we head outdoors for a great conditioning class. All the benefits of our famous Conditioning Class but with fresh air. Now don’t confuse this with other boot camps. We’re not going military on you, putting you through grueling exercises that will bulk you up and cause you injuries. We are using our same, proven approach to shaping a woman’s body. And yes, like all of our classes our Boot Camp will challenge you and can be as hard as you’d like. So grab you workout gear, shades, sunscreen and a bottle of water and join us – we’re starting up classes all over town. And if we don’t have a class in your part of town, let us know and we’ll see what we can do for you.

The Hot Mamas Method: Do you want a rock solid core? A tush from which you can bounce a quarter? Longer,leaner, lithe muscles? Better posture? A better sex life? Done in Hot Mamas style, this pilates class will change your body. Like all of our classes, The Hot Mamas Method is designed with a woman’s body in mind, so one of the key principals are movements that help to elongate your body, making you look longer and leaner. This is quickly becoming one of our student’s favorite classes.
Seasonal Conditioning: This is a true, full body conditioning class that will focus on the specific demands of the current season sports and activities (eg skiing and snowboarding in the winter). We’ll do cardio to help with your endurance, stretching, core, strength and explosive movements. You’ll perform better and be less likely to get one of those nagging injuries.
Ballet Bootcamp: What if you combined the fluidity and grace of ballet with the calorie burning intensity of bootcamp? Ballet bootcamp will keep your heart rate up while still working on the isometric moves that make our ballet sculpt famous and give you the body you’ve always wanted. Tight, toned, svelte, lean and mean!
HM Skinny Jeans Workout: Let’s face it, the one true barometer for how fit you are is hanging in your closet: your favorite pair of jeans. The skinny jean workout is designed to create and sculpt lean legs and whittle your waist. We tapped into some old school moves like leg lifts and isometrics a la Jane Fonda as well as incorporating dance, pilates, and balance work to define your legs and middle, so you can rock your favorite jeans with confidence.
Ab & Butt Lab: This is what we’re known for. Is there any more perfect combination? We’ll get your core strong, flat & toned. Then we’ll work on your rear assets . . . shaping, toning, lifting. Come get your groove on and hit those areas we always want improve. Don’t believe our Ab & Butt Lab works? Come to a class (remember, your first week is free) and take a look for yourself. There’s a reason we call them Hot Mama Butts!
Sweatin’ Like a Mutha: Mama just wants to burn some calories . . . anything goes in this heart-pumping, fat-burning class. Cardiovascular training at its best. For those times when you want to (or know you need to) get your heart racing. We do all kinds of movements, working in every which way. We always mix in new movements so you’ll never be bored. Bring your energy, a clean towel and a bottle of water – you’ll need them all!
HM Ballet Sculpt: You’ve heard Kelly Ripa and other celebrities rave about it, and studios are popping up all over town copying the workout created by Lotte Berk in NYC. The Hot Mamas Ballet Sculpt class, also inspired by the Lotte Berk Method and Physique 57 in NYC, is an exciting ballet barre fitness program that builds lean, supple muscles through a blend of ballet, Pilates and interval-style strength training. This isn’t a ballet class, but will work quickly and efficiently to help you attain the lithe, gorgeous physique of a dancer. This class is great for pregnancy, and after baby, will really help you get your body back!
Zen Body: This signature class choreographed to soulful music blends Ashtanga, Vinyasa, & restorative styles with weights and cardiovascular bursts will leave you feeling inspired and worked from head to toe.
Hip Hop: We crank up the music and move. Just like the top clubs in town (without the drinks). Our Hip Hop classes are led by dancers that know how to move and know the latest moves. You’ll get your heart pounding and work up a sweat. If you’re looking to burn some calories and have a great time (and learn a few moves) this is the class for you.
