1) A mom has special desires and needs regarding her body and that’s where we will focus our training.
2) A woman’s body is different than a mans and needs to be trained as such.
3) Being a mother (not to mention working at the same time) is incredibly challenging. Our training is meant to maximize outcomes in the quickest time possible.
4) New moms can feel depressed, lonely and more. Hot Mamas uses exercise, nutrition and plain old fun to help moms overcome these challenges.
5) Finding other mothers with similar interests and at similar times in their lives is tough; Hot Mamas wants to bring those moms together.
6) Looking and feeling great is a lifelong trek. We want all of our Hot Mamas to get rid of the fad diets and workouts and show them how to commit to the long, slow and steady path of effective and fun exercise and eating right.
7) As mothers, we are the ones to help with childhood (and spousal!) obesity. We stress to our Hot Mamas the importance of the entire family exercising and eating right. A healthy start for our kids is the best way to lead them toward a healthier life.
